Getting a reading is a life changing event for most people.  In order for me to give each client the best possible service/reading, there has to be structure involved.  But hey, our world thrives on structure.  It's good for us.  With that said, here is the structure (policy(s)) I follow with my clients. 

• All Readings and sessions are by appointment ONLY.
  
• Payment must be received before any reading. 
• There is an appointment scheduler on the Readings & Revelations Page
  
• Clients must select the type of reading they want in advance.
  
• Karma, Life Path & In Depth Readings are done via Facetime/Facebook Video/Skype.  
• In person readings are done as special events at specific locations and will be announced on my website.  A link will be provided for you to sign up for an in-person reading.
  
• No readings are done in my home.
  
• Readings are Non-Refundable.
  
• If you cannot make you scheduled reading time, you may reschedule it once.

privacy policy

Receiving a spiritual reading is an intense experience.  You are allowing yourself to be vulnerable with a stranger and you are also being open to hear sensitive information.  With this in mind, I want all my clients to know that Open Key Tarot has a strict Privacy Policy.  Your name, personal information, or details of the reading will never be shared with anyone.  Your reading and personal information is yours alone.  When you buy a reading from Open Key Tarot, your information will never be sold to anyone else.  This is my promise to you.🙏
